Its has been 4 years ever since i joined Musart Wind Orchestra...
Just had our 10th year concert " Decade" held in Esplanade Concert on 19 July 2009...
The response was no good.. however i enjoyed the concert... but nv take any pics during the whole concert...
Meet my fellow poly mates after tt at MOF again.. lol...
Saw Ervina chew, Jasmine Liew, Valerie aka Herbalife, Babana Chan and not forgeting tao tao... grown fat le... not handsome le... LOL..
Had chicken karaage ramen as usual... Sucks.... the chicken was overcook, and the waiting time was too long... jasmine ordered Almond Avocado Shake.. in the end taste like Almond ICe cream lor.. Dont go Marina Sq outlet to see le.. too many newbie.. Go bugis junction instead... i nv even had my dessert for the 1st time i guess so...

My work life was still FUN....
Everyday complaints many many...
Pipe burst, water seepage... pest.... stained... door...
But the most common complaints is....
Disposal of unwanted items and receptables in the common corridors...
Sound like Rubbish OIC....
When nothing much to do... go walk around inspect lor... or surf net check related n non-related work stuffs lol...
My collegues are fun-loving... not bad.. quite enjoyable environment...
Everyday meet serene for lunch n go back together lor.. cos we worked in the same plaza...
She worked in DBS ma.. haha...
Cleaner, Security guard n technicans oso v good people... many present to buy back le.. omg... lol...hope i will passed my probation period.. cos sometimes too slack .. LOL..

Going to have orientation in august too... den also... many events happening in Aug...
Toys convention fair n job career fair in suntec... border n NLB book fair at expo... cool =)) after pay must save up n buy thingy i like.. YEAH!!

8pm at terminal 1 row 11... taking KLM airline there...

One sable banded.. black n white stripped female... v small ... n guai..
3 gummy bears.. just borned on 11july09 nia.. so small eyes haven open..

it oso depends on luck n ur licking skills lo...

Do you also know if u work in govt job... is not a hard rice bowl job anymore..
retrenchment for senior management post are common...
why? they are too expensive to be hired...

worked so hard for promotion... end up did nothing kena retrenched...
why not try out something else for ur future...

What are my goals? maybe having my own car in 5years times...

now i have invested my time in the evening by AIA...
i might as well listen more... and try out if possible...
who dont want to be RICH? i am not longer young too....

One more point, heard that Banks are longer insurance us with our savings more than $20,000 with effect on year 2010.. take note wor... Open with more banks... =0)

First Day work...

9am report at HQ Knight Franks Estate Management, just to sign my employee handbook...
Headed down from Tanjong Pagar to my work place, Bukit Timah Plaza, Sherwood Tower...
Reached there around 10plus...

Realised that i was replacing a complex officer who had just promoted to complex executive as one had just resigned for better prospect as manager in another company...
Learn quite alot... secret pathway... how to communicate with residents, tenants and contractors, cleaners and security guards...

Read lots of ISO... guidebook etc... Morning help up cut papers... den lunch....
Afternoon, my upperstudy Yang, brought me around the complex and condo to explore...
unfortunately,,, ONe H1N1 case lor.. so suey ... and den i was sick after tt...

Spinning head, cold.... sore cough.... headed down to BPP... eat cafe cartel... serene treat..
she say i first day work.. reward me.. LOL... den went back home.. eat medicine sleep...
cant sleep.. damn hot...

2nd DAY....

Report work on time... =)
Cut papers again... nth much... work around... take down directory strip that are not valid anymore... den received complaints on B3 carpark leakage... check ... realise that they come from shops on B2...

Get contractor, technicians to pump up... took very long time lor...
Whole day raining.. i in office so cold...
btw i can wear short sleeve shirt...
sat dress down polo shirt n jean...
After 3 mths... alternate sat works only =))

3 weeks to Holland... Netherland... =)

This week had passed so quickly...

Monday was my traffic police test...
I was so suey.. and i messed it up...
GG... Failed lo...

Tuesday... meet my army frenx for my chalet at costa sand pasir ris...
Meet at 6pm... cos had to wait for serene to pass me the keys...
Cheow brought alot of food from his thai restaurant...
Marx brought his WII and DVD Player and drink dispenser along...
Weiyang brought his laptop, camera and board games...
Ben.. poker cards only...
Me le... bring all the bbq needs stuffs...

Went to the E Hub later tt nite to buy our BBQ food...
Played new game.. called 99... poker card de...
Whole nite.. WII Naruto n Raving Rabbit...
Sleep at 4am...

Day 2... wake up for Burger King.. 9am
Had a swim in the afternn...
Den lunch at BBQ Korean Chicken in EHub.. steven came to find us..
Den BBQ starts at 6pm...
James was the first to reach...
He helped me set up the BBQ fire.. heng....

ate nasi lemak for supper...
Reached back chalet ... damn shag...
play nothing but the truth, using indian poker...
slept at 6plus...

Wake up 9plus...
den had breakfast .. home sweet home...
sleep in the afternn...
watch transformer 2 with my cousins in JP in the evening...
Not bad.. nicer den part 1...

Today went driving again.. i change instructor.. this one v gd.. but strict..
kena many scolding... lol...

Overall the chalet quite enjoyable ba...
Only cheow super stubborn keep don want to listen to orders... n tok back lor..
There were many cockroaches inside our chalet lor.. LOL.. all so scared...
only weiyang so brave catch for us...
Thanks for marx WII... or else had to go beach le wor.. LOL...
if my chalet is weekends will be much more better..
HOPE... next gathering is an overseas trip \=
