Kim Basinger plays Jessica, a loving mother and high school science teacher who is abruptly kidnapped from her luxurious Brentwood mansion after dropping her son at the school bus. We know these guys mean business because they shoot the housekeeper.

They leave her in an empty attic, smashing the phone with a sledgehammer. But she is a science teacher, so she McGuyvers the bits together and clicks the wires until it randomly dials some number which fortunately happens to be a cell phone that is right in the neighborhood.

The guy who answers is Ryan (played by unmemorable Chris Evans). We know he's a slacker because he's just been told off by his girlfriend for being irresponsible and superficial.

Ryan realizes Jessica is telling the truth and after a half-hearted attempt to get some help from the police, decides he will rescue her. His behavior for the first 2/3 of the movie is so purely idiotic that there is no room left over to feel much tension or indeed any emotion other than irritation at the complete failure of logic or intelligence by just about every character except for Mrs. Wizard up there in the attic.

Once it gets going, though, there are some clever twists and pleasurable thrills, mostly provided by the always-watchable William H. Macy as a cop named Mooney who is just about to retire to run a day spa. The result is a silly summer thriller somehow languishing as a fall release.

I love this movie lot lot.. simply wish u watch the second time.. haha... The rest of the excitement u all go watch den tell me how. k!

Go play arcade after tt.. as as usual i play music game.. Haha .. wake up ard 1030am after the day of playing Smack Down till 230am bab.. haha.. wake up seeing ching wei n wilson playing the PS2 again.. haha.. so tired xia.. den i oso played for awhile and dressed up to visit Jie Sheng's house.. Y i go his house? haha.. to lend pouch n cap for his sister going to New Zealand with her band.. so envy xia.. Crap with both of them so long nv see le.. haha.. ard 1pm Wan Qing wants to go West Mall le.. so i go along with her.. Wow.. as we were waiting bus to the MRT station.. Rain damn heavily.. the wind is so violence.. i was half wet bab.. i mean my hair haha... den reach West Mall.. walked separate ways le..

Left 10 bucks.. sianz.. wanna to eat but scare no enough money to go steamboat later.. Haha.. it was 130pm when I reach there.. Intending to ask Meiyi out early but becos of the rain.. haiz den she nv come out n eventually sick.. So den went back home.. bath and take more money out... change the meeting time fr 330pm to 430pm.. heez..

took the train to Marina Bay.. as usual the ruosheng act gay lor.. wear pink color.. ahha.. in the train hardly tok much... i was thinking Sianz Liao!! Finally reach to our destination, took the bus to the steamboat area.. Too much steamboat shop.. very blur.. at first intend to eat at Dragon Village however went to the arcade and eventually eat the steamboat next to the bus stop one.. Having Fun in arcade lor.. For me, as usual played the music games.. and den erik introduce me Tennis game.. cool man... nice!! Played for an hour plus and yeah it's dinner time..

Individually, went to take foods.. eat n eat n eat.. shiok.. Fun man.. Erik very high .. haha.. he see the black G rice and very tempted haha.. while me very shiok oso... gt fresh prawns to eat.. haha.. Oh shit! It is 1130pm le.. No bus le? We walked and wanting to hire cab.. however there are six of us..while we walked half way.. saw the bus 400.. Wow!! so happy.. chase the bus from don no how fast the distance.. shiok le.. XL dying ma? haha... Relax in the bus... crapping... Finally reach Marina Bay station.. Five mins to depart from there.. All of us Run in the speed of wind.. haha.. however the train depart in 10 mins time.. so suey oso.. The train stopped at Kranji only.. In the train all crapping abt life in SQS n the teachers.. And Novena!! haha..

Yeah reach kranji... and we take the two cabs.. me ,XL ,KY ,Erik n JS,RS in the other one.. The cab we were in haha.. the uncle oso very chattable.. I was the last to alight.. Watch TV.. bath. and 230am online chat with erik n xl.. den 330am slp.. bleah..

Nice n expensive.. nvm.. den went to CinniLeisure to sing K box.. haha... Sing n Sing haah.. times passes really fast.. it was 10plus liao.. btw Wilson n Yewen makes good vocal partner xia.. haha.. Take the train together... QiuHui was exhausted.. sleep in the train.. haha...

After weeks of studying at the Yuhua Mac, finally completed all my examinations so shiok.. So happy the most difficult paper yet i noe how to do.. the feeling is so shuang.. haha.. den actually today plan to enjoy with blue pig n grn panda.. sorry le.. cos my frenz eileen birthday.. so last min ask us out..k..

After tt suppose to shop more more.. saw the channel U host QuanYiFeng hosting show abt fats? I oso not sure.. She not tt fat as shown in tv but very act cute haha.. They go "count life" in the bencoolen shopping centre.. wait n wait.. While drinkin almond bubble tea so sweet.. den big uncle came fr no where.. total now is 5 ppl... btw.. the shopping centre sells alot of clocks, watches and manicure stuffs.. cheap cheap... IN conclusion today i had a hot n squeezy day.. NICE hor...

Today hor, Orange elephant woke up at 230pm xia.. haha.. power rite.. promised xtina to go her house to do autocad le.. so i brush my teeth , eat carrot cake den watch the king of adventure ... wad a nice show man.. den bath ... took the bus 187 to Boon Lay cos tt where the gal stays ma... haiz the bus hor damn hot n stuffy, having SBS.. somemore so suey so many traffic lights.. nvm.. so finally reach Xtina house downstair at 430pm.. so hot so i decided to buy a can of lemon tea to cool myself heex.. so went out.. saw her brother but nv see his face le.. quite big size.. not really look like xtina lor.. mins later jas came.. and den crapping starts le.. But tt time jas seems not happy with black bear.. So.. den finally i do finish liao.. jas still haven start.. Around 830pm , yeah jas 3/4 finish liao.. so we went JP and took neoprints .. haix.. not so fun... den buy CD-RW cos burn pics to cd to wash ma...xtina buys not me.. heez.. Den they company me go LJS eat.. the quence was bloody long... and the crew was very stress n going to break down liao... they own too many customers order le.. As planned, Today after school ends meet Meiyi, Xiu Ling n Kok Yong to Orchard and see the Audio Insanity perform at 7pm at Youth Park.. As all of us were free today so we go to orchard early in afternoon to shop. We went to "That CD Shop" first, so many rare CDs.. den meiyi bought two CDs.. den go Far East Plaza shop until very sianz..
