Yesterday was a fun day too.. work for half day.. lunch with qiuhui (my sec sch classmate) den go home.. watch tv.. den my uncle n gu gu come my house.. play with my cousins.. until 11pm den they go home.. cos they live my downstair nia.. lol.. i live 7 floor.. their 6.. directly..

2.4km run.. i give up after running 3 laps.. legs super pain.. jus now board jump fall hurt my knees.. sianz.. (5 min plus for 3 laps)
I only passed 2 stations.. =(

6pm Dinner
8pm Running and pull up at my house park
10pm Do at least 30 push ups
1030pm Bath, enjoy den sleep lor..
Fri-
8am to 5pm Work
6pm Dinner
8pm Run to brend house there gym.. do 100 donno pulling thing ba.. lol... jog at the track lor..
10pm Hope can meet them (sqs) for supper.. not going band till i passed napfa..
11pm Do at least 40 push ups
1130pm Bath, enjoy den sleep lor..
Sat-
Whole day go out with cl ba..
Hopefully come back at 8pm.. den go running at my house there n pull up..

2pm - 5pm Musart Band.. (return tenor sax also)
