First Day work...

9am report at HQ Knight Franks Estate Management, just to sign my employee handbook...
Headed down from Tanjong Pagar to my work place, Bukit Timah Plaza, Sherwood Tower...
Reached there around 10plus...

Realised that i was replacing a complex officer who had just promoted to complex executive as one had just resigned for better prospect as manager in another company...
Learn quite alot... secret pathway... how to communicate with residents, tenants and contractors, cleaners and security guards...

Read lots of ISO... guidebook etc... Morning help up cut papers... den lunch....
Afternoon, my upperstudy Yang, brought me around the complex and condo to explore...
unfortunately,,, ONe H1N1 case lor.. so suey ... and den i was sick after tt...

Spinning head, cold.... sore cough.... headed down to BPP... eat cafe cartel... serene treat..
she say i first day work.. reward me.. LOL... den went back home.. eat medicine sleep...
cant sleep.. damn hot...

2nd DAY....

Report work on time... =)
Cut papers again... nth much... work around... take down directory strip that are not valid anymore... den received complaints on B3 carpark leakage... check ... realise that they come from shops on B2...

Get contractor, technicians to pump up... took very long time lor...
Whole day raining.. i in office so cold...
btw i can wear short sleeve shirt...
sat dress down polo shirt n jean...
After 3 mths... alternate sat works only =))

3 weeks to Holland... Netherland... =)
